Select a topic, issue, trend, or strategy of effective practice regarding volunteering. Possible themes could be volunteer recruitment, retention, management, leadership, etc. Review several volunteer journals to identify topical issues and themes. All journals with * can be viewed via BSU Library databases. Submit your journal paper to the Main Discussion Board Forum. Length of paper: 6-8 pages, with a minimum of six scholarly references.
